That means pumpkins. Apples. Hot sauce. Zombie ducks.

Come hang out with us Sunday, October 4th from 9 AM–2 PM for a very Collins-style start to fall.

THE PUMPKINS

We’ll have carving and decorative pumpkins starting at $0.89/lb, plus decorative minis, gourds and squash for $3 each. And yes, we’ve got Sugar Pie baking pumpkins too, for all the bakers out there. Those are $1.99/lb.

ADD-ON AN ADD-ON SHARE

We’ll have samples from The French Guys, Frankie + Jo’s, and Earthling Food Co. These are 3 new add-on share partners for our Fall CSA and we’re jazzed about all of them!

Bread, butter + pumpkin seeds will be available for sale in limited quantities.

ALL THE FRUITS (AND GOODS MADE WITH THEM)

We’re debuting two things we’re pretty excited about: Lucy Glo apples and our Peach Fuzz Hot Sauce, made in partnership with Funky’s Hot Sauce Factory in Bellingham, WA.

We’ll also have bottles of Harvest Moon from Cascade Juice for sale, made with our Honeycrisp and Granny Smith apples. It’s a crisp, cider-like juice with kabocha squash, ginger, lemon.

And, of course, there will be plenty of fruit: apples, pears and plums for $4/lb, plus our apple butter and applesauce for $5 each.

THEN THERE’S THE DUCK POND.

We have 100 zombie ducks. 100 prizes. The first 100 people through the door get to pick one.

Four ducks are hiding a Mini Fall or Winter CSA share. Four more are hiding giant pumpkins. The rest? You’ll just have to pick one and find out.

There will be free fruit, pumpkins and a few other surprises hiding in there too.

MEET THE JUICE MAGICIANS: Cascade Juice Company

Steve and Lindsey are the kind of people we’re really lucky to know. And even luckier to be right next to at the West Seattle Farmers Market.

They started Cascade Juice during the pandemic, turning a little juice-making hobby into something pretty damn special. Their juice is made with Northwest fruit and produce, and quite frankly — is pretty delicious.

They’ve also been supporting Collins since they got started, buying and using our fruit in their juices and smoothies along the way. We’ve watched them build Cascade into what it is today, and we couldn’t be happier to have our apples end up in their bottles.

They’re great people. Making great juice. And we love that what we grow gets to make its way into something they’re making.
