This is a simple value we hold close: our orchard doesn’t stand on its own. We’ve been able to exist for 4 generations and counting because of the people who support us — friends who stop by our farmers market stands, families who have supported us across the seasons through our CSA, and small businesses that rely on our fruit as a core ingredient on their menus.
We’re deeply grateful for that support, and we try to return it in the ways we know best — by sharing fruit and showing up for our neighbors.
Through donations, partnerships, and direct response during moments like the loss of SNAP funding in November 2025, we work to turn good fruit into something more: nourishment, connection, and care. Each box, each piece of fruit, and each small act of generosity is part of building a stronger, more resilient food system — one rooted in sustainability, shaped by community, and guided by the belief that everyone deserves access to fresh, healthy food.
Community Donations
The Giving Box
This year, we’re continuing the tradition we started last year with The Giving Box — 20 pounds of apples for $50 that you can purchase to donate.
Every purchase of a donation is matched by us — doubling your impact. That puts 40 lbs. of apples directly back in the hands of organizations across Seattle.
This year, we’re donating what we can for both November and December.
Though our Giving Box program, we’re looking to partner with any community organizations, big or small, rooted here in Seattle.
Donations will be delivered weekly on Thursdays and we’ll fulfill requests in order in which they are received.

How can I purchase a Giving Box?
You can purchase online or at any of our farmers markets.Is this donation tax deductible?
No. You are purchasing a 20 lb. case of fruit that we will deliver to partner organizations.Can I specify where this box goes to?
Donations are distributed out to requests that we fulfill from community organizations who we are working with. If you would like to purchase a box for donation to a specific organization, you can purchase one at our markets.Are there any options less than $50 to help support?
To streamline our ability to support this effort, we priced our Giving Box at $50. If you’d like to make a smaller donation, we’d encourage you to make that directly to any organization of your choice. -
Can I request a community donation?
Yes. Please use the form above (under “community Donations”) to request a donation.
Is there a limit to how many cases we can request?
We are doing our best to fulfill all requests, big and small.Can you deliver these?
We can deliver these on Thursdays through December.
Can we pick these up at the warehouse?
If confirmed, yes. Our warehouse is open Monday-Thursday from 9-1. Reach out to us and we’ll coordinate a pick up time. :)
2025 SNAP Funding Response
When it was announced that SNAP funding would not be issued for folks around the country this past November, we came together to support our neighbors in need. Thank you to everyone who bought a Giving Box. By matching your purchase, pound-for-pound, we were able donate over 10,000 lbs. of fruit to over 80 organizations to help keep our neighbors fed.
